• Andrea & Pierre

We are Andrea and Pierre, the founders of Cookie Mouse. This brand was born from the greatest love we have ever known — that of Natalia, our daughter. Through each plush toy, we want her story to live on and reach other children who also need comfort.

  • Hospitals

To the teams at the hospitals of Seville and Córdoba: thank you. Thank you for your care, your humanity, and your dedication. In the most difficult moments, you are a light, a support, and a source of hope for every child and every family.

  • Corazón y Vida

Corazón y Vida supports families going through what we experienced. They are our partners in this mission. Each Cookie Mouse helps support their work — because caring for families also means caring for children.

The greatest love we have ever known. Natalia was born, and with her came a happiness we didn’t even know existed.

Natalia left us. In the pain, a promise was also born: that her story would not end here. Cookie Mouse began to take shape.

For Natalia’s second birthday, we launched Cookie Mouse. A meaningful project, born from her story. For her, and for all the children who need it.

Cookie Mouse

A promise brought to life

Andrea & Pierre

We are Andrea and Pierre, the founders of Cookie Mouse.

This brand was born from Natalia, our daughter. A child who taught us to love without limits, to live every moment, and to find light even in the most difficult times.

When she left us, we made a decision: to make sure her story would continue.

Today, that light lives on in every Cookie Mouse. In every child who holds it. In every family who receives it. Discover Natalia's Story.

Cookie Mouse is not just a plush toy.

It is a presence. A comfort. A story that lives on.

We also made another decision: to build a strong, lasting, and committed brand — so that every sale has a real impact, and her story can reach as many children as possible.

Hospitals

To all the teams at Virgen del Rocío Hospital in Seville and Reina Sofía Hospital in Córdoba.

To the nurses and assistants who cared for Natalia day and night, with a dedication and humanity we will never forget.

To the pediatricians, radiologists, surgeons, infectious disease specialists — to the entire medical team who did absolutely everything to save her. Thank you. From the bottom of our hearts.

To the chaplains who came every day to pray by her side, and who were there in her final moments. Their presence was a gift.

To the parents with whom we shared those incredibly difficult months. You know who you are. You know what it meant to have you close.

To Marjorie Vanbaelinghem, Consul of France in Seville, for her invaluable help with Natalia’s documents during the hardest moments.

And to all the people who came to bring life and warmth into the ICU during those long months — giving us a little light, a little strength, a little hope.

Thank you all. Natalia carries you with her.

Corazón y Vida

When Natalia was hospitalized, we were not alone. Corazón y Vida was there.

And among them, Saray — their psychologist — who came to see us every day. Her presence, her kindness, and her support were a light in the darkest moments. We will never forget it.

Corazón y Vida is a Andalusian-based association that, since 1993, has supported families affected by congenital heart conditions.

Psychological support, free accommodation, hospital assistance, information, and advocacy for families’ rights — they are present at every stage, with a unique humanity.

They are our partners in this mission.

A portion of every Cookie Mouse sold is donated directly to them — because supporting families going through what we experienced is also Natalia’s way of continuing to give.

Ana and Cristina, my pediatricians

Special mention

There are people who go beyond their role. Who don’t just care — they accompany, support, and give themselves with a dedication that goes far beyond duty.

Cristina Serradilla, Natalia’s pediatrician in Seville. Ana Díaz, her pediatrician in Córdoba.

Two extraordinary women who followed Natalia with a level of expertise, humanity, and commitment that left us without words. They are not simply doctors we met along the way. They are women who put their heart into every decision, every moment, every battle for Natalia.

Thank you, Cristina. Thank you, Ana. Natalia was lucky to be in the best possible hands — and we were lucky to have you by our side.
